Personal Data Protection
Up one levelAlthough you can browse through most of this website without giving any information about yourself, personal information is required if you want to register to the list of thematic experts.
The data is collected via personal subscription and selected lists of contacts that are publicly available and serve the purpose of disseminating information on the subject of non-discrimination.
Access to the data
The information is saved in a database via an online form, checked to eliminate fictitious or incorrect data, and validated for future use. Authorised personnel from ÖSB Consulting GmbH have access to the data collected and have sole authority to read and correct it in the event of input error.
Privacy and data protection
All personal data will be treated in strictest confidence and in compliance with EU legislation (Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2002 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector).Personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your prior consent.
Checking, changing or deleting data
If your personal information changes, or if you no longer require our services, you can correct or update your details, or unsubscribe from the database. This can bed done by sending an e-mail to socialinclusion@oesb.at
Period for which data are kept
The information in the database is kept only for as long as it is needed for its intended purpose. In this case, this means for as long as ÖSB Consulting GmbH is the European Commission’s service provider in charge of the management of the Peer Review and network of independent experts.
This site conforms to the following standards:
